When you create an account, you agree to:

• Keep your login credentials confidential.
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Violate the terms of service of any connected social media platform.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or exploit any part of the Platform.

6. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you create and upload to CreatorOne. By using the Platform, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and transmit your content solely for the purpose of delivering the services you request (e.g., publishing to social media).

7. AI-Generated Content

Our Platform uses artificial intelligence to assist with content creation. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before publishing. We do not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or appropriateness of AI-generated outputs.

8. Third-Party Integrations

CreatorOne integrates with third-party platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok). Your use of these integrations is also subject to the respective platforms' terms of service. We are not responsible for any actions taken by third-party platforms, including account suspension or content removal.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including its design, features, and underlying technology, are owned by CreatorOne. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Platform without our express written permission.

10. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results from using the Platform will meet your expectations.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CreatorOne shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law
